The NK Sikkens CC3000 Scratcher is a precision cutting tool designed to make incisions in coated panels or test specimens, in accordance with the requirements of salt spray chamber corrosion testing. Its tilting head design and ergonomic handle allow for uniform cuts down to the substrate with minimal effort and high repeatability, ensuring that the cut reaches the metal substrate without damaging it.
Compatible with three interchangeable blade widths (0.5 mm, 1 mm and 2 mm), the NK-CC3000 meets the specifications of Daimler Chrysler, the original Sikkens version and the 2018 update to ISO 12944-6, respectively.
