General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products offered by NEURTEK, S.L. under the NK by Neurtek brand via nkbyneurtek.com, intended for professionals and companies in the paint, coatings, plastics and rubber sectors
2. Products and availability
The products offered comprise the range of NK by Neurtek’s own-manufactured instruments (grindometers, cup viscometers, film applicators, wet film thickness gauges, , amongst others). Product images and descriptions are for guidance only; variations may occur as a result of technical improvements.
3. Prices and taxes
The prices shown on the website are in euros (€) and do not include VAT or delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise; these will be shown in detail before the order is finalised.
4. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, nor to products which the customer has started to use or calibrate. For all other products, the customer shall have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase, in accordance with the terms set out in consumer legislation, provided the purchaser is a consumer.
In the case of B2B sales to businesses (not consumers), this statutory right is not mandatory; it may be replaced by the company’s own returns policy.
5. Warranties
NK by Neurtek products are covered by the relevant statutory warranty in accordance with current legislation, as well as, where applicable, additional commercial warranties which will be specified in each product’s description or in the sales documentation.
6. Technical support and calibration
NK by Neurtek, through NEURTEK, S.L. and its own technical service department, offers technical support, maintenance and calibration for the equipment it sells.
7. Dispute resolution
