2. For what purpose do we process your personal data?
At NK by Neurtek, we process the information provided to us by data subjects for the following purposes:
- To respond to enquiries, requests for quotations and commercial information regarding our instruments and equipment.
- To manage the dispatch of catalogues, technical data sheets and requested product documentation.
- To process and manage orders, where applicable, if the website offers online sales.
- To send marketing communications about products, new releases, webinars or events, provided that the User has given their consent or there is a pre-existing contractual relationship (Article 21 of the LSSI), and they may withdraw their consent at any time.
- To manage applications received via job application forms, where applicable.
- To comply with applicable legal, tax and commercial obligations.
3. How long will we retain your data?
Personal data will be retained for as long as the business relationship or the purpose for which it was collected continues and, once this has ended, for the applicable statutory limitation periods (commercial, tax and liability), after which it will be deleted or anonymised.

The legal basis for processing your data is:
- The data subject’s consent, given when completing contact forms, requesting information or subscribing to communications.
- The performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, in the case of requests for quotations, orders or the management of the business relationship.

NEURTEK, S.L. does not transfer or disclose personal data to third parties, except where legally required or where strictly necessary for the provision of the requested service (for example, transport companies for the dispatch of orders, or technology providers acting as data processors under contract in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR, e.g. hosting, email marketing platforms or CRM).

The services provided by NK by Neurtek are aimed at professionals and businesses, not at minors. Should any service be specifically aimed at minors, NEURTEK, S.L. will seek the consent of parents or guardians for the processing of the relevant data.
